Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist Hotel Operations Managers and department heads across various functions (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations).
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures for guest services, including check-in/check-out processes, reservation management, and complaint resolution.
- Support the coordination of daily departmental activities to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry as required.
- Understand and adhere to all safety, security, and quality assurance protocols.
