Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash float, and handle billing procedures meticulously.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, managing switchboard operations effectively.
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
