- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and data protection regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
