Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and escalating when necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, upholding hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest services.
- Provide local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing, enhancing the guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
