Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, providing information and connecting guests to appropriate departments.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Los Angeles.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, striving for immediate resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing procedures accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with luggage handling and coordination with bell services when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) or ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
