Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chats promptly and professionally to assist guests with hotel reservation inquiries.
  • Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using various hotel reservation systems.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Identify and resolve guest issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and empathetic manner, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel promotions, packages, and policies to offer relevant suggestions to guests.
  • Ensure accuracy of all reservation details and guest information, adhering to data privacy and company standards.
  • Collaborate with hotel front desk and management teams to ensure seamless guest check-ins and overall satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed daily performance metrics for call handling, booking conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with reservation software and general computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
