Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Assist guests with various inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, such as delivering amenities, extra towels, or resolving minor issues.
  • Support housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate department immediately.
  • Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to, especially concerning guest safety and privacy.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms or event spaces, as required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills and career growth.

Required Skills
