Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, or escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and sensitive employee data.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage HR calendar and coordinate meetings for the HR team.
