Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth integration for new team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Help with basic benefits administration support, including relaying information to employees and assisting with enrollment forms.
- Prepare various HR reports and presentations as needed, utilizing basic office software.
