Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials, coordinating first-day logistics, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment verification letters, and termination paperwork.
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects, training sessions, and company events.
- Conduct basic data entry and generate reports to support HR metrics and analytics.
- Help administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
