Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Perform regular data entry, including new hires, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes.
  • Assist in the generation of HR reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the HR team with data extraction and analysis for special projects.
  • Assist in the documentation of HR data processes and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR data.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from HR team members and employees.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms like Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., PIPA, GDPR is a plus).
  • Experience in a data-focused administrative role.
