Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, preparing welcome packs and ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and training program coordination.
  • Help maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Research HR best practices, employment law updates, and industry trends to support ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required, assisting with data analysis and insights.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal company events and team-building activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for general HR queries, redirecting more complex issues to senior HR team members.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm and genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an office environment or a customer-facing role.
