Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, processing changes in employment status, and supporting offboarding procedures.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Support HR reporting by compiling and analyzing HR data for various operational and strategic purposes.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, training sessions, and events, including preparing necessary materials.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives designed to improve HR efficiency and employee engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or operations support role.
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with a specific HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
