Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as directed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
  • Process HR-related documentation, such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
