Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose common HVAC issues under direct supervision.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up tools and equipment, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Help maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services performed and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
- Document work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs accurately.
