Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and thoroughly understand their requirements to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to each customer's specific interests.
  • Effectively negotiate and close sales opportunities to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and sales management to share insights and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Process orders and manage contracts efficiently to ensure timely service activation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an inbound sales or customer-facing sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and tracking.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling technology, telecommunications, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Thorncliffe Park/Greater Toronto Area market.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
