Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and company policies to provide comprehensive support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and recommend potential improvements to processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all customer communications.
