Key Responsibilities
- Perform general industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, and dusting surfaces in designated areas.
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and carpet cleaners (training provided).
- Empty waste bins and recycling receptacles, ensuring proper disposal of industrial waste according to safety protocols.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and client-specific procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, including high-level cleaning, machinery degreasing, and post-construction cleanup.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold quality standards.
- Identify and report any hazards, maintenance issues, or potential risks observed during cleaning operations.
