Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform routine quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, documenting findings accurately.
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials and products within the facility using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material tracking.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly to the shift supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
