Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators in various manufacturing tasks, including assembly, loading, and unloading.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and production schedules.
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting under the guidance of supervisors.
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Package finished products accurately according to specifications and prepare them for shipment or storage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in training sessions for new equipment, processes, or safety protocols to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Operate and maintain production tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Required Skills
