Job Description

Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Influencer Manager to join our rapidly expanding remote team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, market trends, and performance metrics. You’ll be expected to manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiation to content review, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting. A key aspect of your role will involve staying ahead of the curve, constantly researching emerging platforms, rising creators, and innovative content formats to ensure our strategies remain fresh and effective. You’ll also be responsible for developing robust influencer briefs, ensuring creators understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign deliverables clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring legal compliance and ROI.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content briefing, review, and approval.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed analytics and reporting to clients.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
