Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring security systems and logs for anomalies, alerts, and potential threats.
  • Support the information security team in incident response activities, including documentation, initial triage, and communication.
  • Maintain and update security documentation, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with user access management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and conducting regular access reviews.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of security awareness training initiatives for all employees.
  • Conduct basic vulnerability scans and assist in the initial analysis and tracking of remediation efforts.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for security audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security best practices and address security-related issues.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and their security features.
