Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of all telecommunications infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor a team of telecom engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for network optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements (SLAs) for telecom services.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of telecom systems with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Manage telecom-related projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
