Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations accurately within our service management system.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of IT inventory and asset management records.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure client satisfaction.
