Job Description

Hiring.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team, operating entirely from the comfort and convenience of your home office. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads through various communication channels, primarily phone and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and present appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals when required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience during the initial sales process.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and cold outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io).
  • Familiarity with the tech or SaaS industry.
