Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Interview Coach to join our remote team, dedicated to empowering job seekers in East Bayfront, Toronto, and beyond. As an Interview Coach, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment, HR, and communication to deliver personalized coaching sessions, helping candidates articulate their experiences effectively, navigate challenging questions, and present their best selves. Key Responsibilities

- Practice mock interviews, including behavioral, technical, and situational questions, simulating real-world scenarios.
- Help candidates craft compelling answers, storytelling techniques, and professional presence.
- Educate job seekers on effective follow-up strategies, salary negotiation tactics, and post-interview etiquette.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends, interview methodologies, and industry-specific insights to provide relevant guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity and personalized support.
- Collaborate with the wider talent acquisition team to share insights and refine coaching programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, career counseling, or interview coaching.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic feedback.
- Deep understanding of various interview formats (behavioral, STAR method, case studies, technical).
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate strengths and areas for development.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and strong technical aptitude for remote work.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and motivate individuals towards their goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, CPC).
