Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and accurately verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Perform meticulous counting, weighing, and measuring of items to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and physical inventories) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and documentation.
  • Operate basic material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse/storage areas.
  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing inventory immediately.
  • Assist with inventory audits and investigations into stock variances.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and calculations.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory software where applicable).
