Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately count, weigh, and measure items, and record inventory data manually or using scanners.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
  • Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse/stockroom.
  • Report any damaged or defective inventory immediately to supervisors.
  • Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after receiving training.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems.
  • Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
