Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and leveraged buyout analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive industry research, competitive analyses, and market assessments.
- Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other transaction-related materials.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including data room management and information synthesis.
- Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, from origination to closing.
- Perform extensive company-specific financial analysis, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments relevant to client industries.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills.
