Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, M&A, and leveraged buyout analyses.
  • Conduct comprehensive industry research, competitive analyses, and market assessments.
  • Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including data room management and information synthesis.
  • Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, from origination to closing.
  • Perform extensive company-specific financial analysis, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay abreast of financial market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments relevant to client industries.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
