Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile daily investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
  • Maintain and update client and investment data across various internal systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, statements, and other financial documentation.
  • Support trade confirmation and settlement processes for a variety of financial instruments.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in investment data or transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., portfolio managers, compliance) to ensure operational efficiency.
