Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our financial system.
  • Verify invoice data against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documentation.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information by communicating with internal departments and vendors.
  • Prepare invoices for payment, adhering to company policies and payment schedules.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical filing systems for all invoice-related documents.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly, assisting with payment status and related questions.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
