Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Support the creation of user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Participate in testing activities, including UAT support and defect tracking.
  • Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change management processes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry best practices and potential solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating training materials and user manuals for new systems.

Required Skills
