Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria through various methods.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, and quality assurance to ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
- Perform thorough gap analysis and recommend strategic solutions for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain essential project documentation, including process flow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and data models.
- Support testing activities, including developing test cases, executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing defect resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and data modeling techniques.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).

- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying and analysis tools.
