Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both in-person and remotely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems, ensuring security best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems and collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex network issues.
