Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance, security, and availability, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system checks, data backups, and security updates to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on project implementations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, as required (flexible arrangement).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the automation of IT operations tasks.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
