Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity tests and printer configurations.
- Educate users on IT best practices and system usage to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support IT projects and initiatives as directed by senior IT staff.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems and tools.
