Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via remote tools, phone, and email for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with software installations, configurations, and general IT inquiries, ensuring a seamless remote work experience.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution using our IT service management system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the user's issue.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access control for various systems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with technology trends and company-specific systems.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with common office software suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), and remote desktop technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
