Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN access, and internet-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other systems.
- Respond to service requests and incidents promptly, tracking progress using a ticketing system.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT best practices and system usage.
- Participate in the deployment and migration of new IT systems and infrastructure projects.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an IT support role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
