Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot common desktop, laptop, and mobile device problems for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Document support interactions, solutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized IT environment and inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills.
