As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing essential support to our users, and contributing to various system administration tasks.
You will work closely with senior IT staff, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of technologies, including Windows Server environments, desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS), network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and cloud-based applications. Your daily activities will range from responding to helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting user issues related to hardware and software, to assisting with routine server maintenance, monitoring system performance, and facilitating software deployments across our corporate network. We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive in problem-solving, and committed to delivering excellent technical support with a strong customer service orientation. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a foundational understanding of IT principles, perhaps gained through academic study or an entry-level IT support role, and are ready to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical, fast-paced setting.
At Hiring.zycto, we are committed to your professional development and see this junior role as a stepping stone to advanced opportunities. You’ll have access to structured training resources, mentorship opportunities from seasoned IT professionals, and the chance to participate in exciting projects designed to help you grow into a highly skilled IT professional. If you’re passionate about technology, keen to expand your skill set, and ready to make a tangible impact on an organization’s operational backbone, we strongly encourage you to apply. Join us and become a vital part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly support our operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and enable our business to thrive in an increasingly digital landscape.
