Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications and services.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code following best practices.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and stability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and other development teams.
- Actively contribute to architectural discussions and system design to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Java development and software engineering.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and building microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
