Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on our extensive jewelry collections.
- Showcase and present high-value jewelry pieces with confidence, knowledge, and an emphasis on their unique qualities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service, personalized follow-ups, and clienteling activities.
- Maintain an immaculate presentation of the showroom and merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities.
- Stay current with jewelry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and luxurious client experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong clienteling abilities and relationship-building expertise.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail demands.

Preferred Qualifications
- GIA certification or equivalent gemological training.
