Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex court calendars, schedules, and appointments for legal professionals.
  • Prepare, proofread, and process legal documents, correspondence, reports, and judicial orders with meticulous accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive physical and electronic case files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping protocols.
  • Act as a primary liaison between legal professionals, court staff, internal departments, and the public, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, trials, and conferences, including booking rooms and preparing agendas and materials.
  • Assist with preliminary legal research, retrieving relevant statutes, case law, and legal articles.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all court rules, procedures, and administrative guidelines.
  • Handle highly confidential information and sensitive materials with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in legal terminology and document formatting.
