Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with routine banking transactions, inquiries, and service requests.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and identifying opportunities to introduce relevant banking products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all bank products, services, and compliance procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall client experience.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
