Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets using an ITSM system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, bespoke applications).
  • Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and password resets.
  • Configure and deploy new workstations and mobile devices.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in IT projects as directed.
  • Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
