Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Accurately document, track, and monitor IT issues using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary, providing detailed issue descriptions and troubleshooting steps taken.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, system checks, and inventory management.
  • Educate end-users on basic IT best practices, security awareness, and self-service solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Participate in IT projects as needed to gain broader experience and support departmental initiatives.
