Key Responsibilities

- Conduct basic compliance checks on submitted documents, ensuring completeness and adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain organized physical and digital loan files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Generate standard reports and summaries related to loan application statuses and pipeline management.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding loan application progress and documentation requirements.
- Support the post-closing activities, including document indexing and archival.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on lending products, policies, and regulatory changes.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the loan department's daily operations.
Required Skills
