Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sterilise dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and all kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as directed.
- Receive and correctly store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and organisation.
- Empty bins regularly and manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure a safe and slip-free working environment.
- Safely and efficiently operate dishwashing machinery, performing basic maintenance checks.
- Adhere strictly to all company and statutory health and safety guidelines and food hygiene practices.
Required Skills

- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1 or 2).
