As a Labor Crew Member, you will play an essential role in various projects, performing a range of physical tasks that support our daily operations. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance, all while adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other crew members with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Support team efforts by completing tasks efficiently and collaboratively.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills (English).
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid G-class driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction or industrial environments (though not required).
- First Aid and/or CPR certification.
