As an Entry-Level Landscaper, you will be an integral part of our crew, assisting in the creation and meticulous maintenance of beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients across Summerhill and surrounding Toronto areas. No prior formal landscaping experience is strictly required, though a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn are absolutely essential. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance, including planting, mulching, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Operate various hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., shovels, rakes, mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
- Prepare garden beds, plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to design specifications.
- Help load and unload materials, tools, and supplies from vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of debris.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a secure work site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Learn and apply best practices for horticulture and landscape design.
- Provide exceptional service and uphold client satisfaction standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
